- Client Data: In the course of building automations, we may process data contained within your CRM or internal systems (e.g., customer lists). In these cases, we act as a Data Processor and you remain the Data Controller.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your data strictly for the following purposes:
- To register you as a new client.
- To deliver our services (Audits, Architecture, System Integration, Calibration).
- To manage payments and collect fees.
- To comply with legal obligations (e.g., Dutch tax retention laws).

- Service Providers: Hosting services, invoicing software, and the specific tools we integrate for you (e.g., HubSpot, Slack, n8n) strictly as required for the automation.
